We grow organic vegetables that we use to make seasonal small-batch, hand-made, fermented sauerkrauts, kimchis, vegetables, kombucha, and water kefir.
Meet the Farmers and Fermenters!
Jill happened upon farming in 2010 when she moved to a 14 acre property in Agassiz, British Columbia. Her curiosity about growing food developed into a passion. As her garden grew so did the abundance of excess vegetables. Preserving food through canning and freezing didn't appeal to her so she decided to try her hand at fermentation and this too developed into a passion. Eight years later she started a farming and fermentation business in beautiful Lillooet, British Columbia. This is where she met Christoph. Christoph began his career in farming in 2009 when he took the UBC Farm Apprenticeship Program. He has 9 years of farming and farmers market sales experience and has been fermenting for 4 years. He started farming in Lillooet in 2013 and has developed strong relationships within the community. He has sold produce at the Lillooet Farmers market since 2013 and at the Whistler Farmers market since 2015. During that time he has gained a loyal customer base that appreciates the quality of his produce and products.
